Certificate Re-issue
This is where you can apply and pay for the re-issuing of any of your certification that you have previously been provided by the Institute of Education and Training.
Sometimes people lose their certificates for many different reasons. The Institute of Education and Training acknowledges the requirement to provide past and present students with re-issued qualifications and statements of attainment when required.
Re-issues will only be produced for the individual to whom the Qualification or Statement of Attainment was originally issued.
You must make a written request to the Institute of Education and Training, preferably via email to admin@ioet.com.au for a re-issue and you must verify your identity by providing a copy of your license, birth certificate, passport or other formal identity process in support of your request. Certification will only be re-issued once a written request and payment has been received.
