Encourage your professional network or the business you deal with to do the same. This one simple, meaningful, set and forget action can remind you to check your first aid equipment and check your training at least each year. Check that your equipment is easily accessible, in good condition and yourself or staff you work with have currency in your CPR or first aid training.
